I first started working with Frank in the summer of 2008 when he helped me find my first investment property. I liked the way he listened to what I wanted and showed me numerous properties. Three years later, I was ready to buy another one. This was the absolute sweetest property ever and we got it for an even sweeter price. The next year I was able to shop for another home to rent. Frank showed me several before I selected one in a gated community with a pool. The last one he helped me do was with my brother. A nice condo. Then just before Covid hit, Frank found a buyer for one that needed to be sold. He found us a qualified buyer and the sale went through without any problems. Last month, we had lunch as I had the itch to buy again, He explained all the factors I needed to consider and based on my criteria helped me decide this is not the right time for me to be in the area I was considering. I trust Frank fully. He has always been honest on both sides of the sale.
